A few years ago Taurai started teaching others as a means of giving back to and supporting others who were coming up in business. Over timeTaurai saw the benefits it gave to those he mentored. I first met TJ when he was showcasing a building called Gafco Court in JHB, Florida because he was inviting investors to invest in the property. I wanted to work with him because I realized that he was good at finding good deals & I was curious to see how SAPIN 2019 Investor of The Year was operating. I read his book FROM DEBT TO PROPERTY MOGUL and was inspired. The value of property portfolio is R 11 million. I have 100 tenants under management and the revenue increase is R 325,000.00
Even though I was already a seasoned investor before meeting TJ, he has shown me how to raise private finance from angel investors and what to present to get the angel investors interested. He contributed to me knowing how to negotiate deals, what to look out for in the Offer To Purchase document and how to do due diligence before buying.
I really thought property was for rich people and I know it took me a while to trust partners but I had a horrible experience before, so I want to thank you first really really, from the bottom of my heart for changing my life and showing how to do business and property together.

I first met Taurai Jack virtually in late 2019 through the videos that he does freely online. I was immediately intrigued and wanted to know and understand how he was able to be a co-founder of one of the successful property companies,

Given his vast knowledge as a Property Investor, who started his journey while still holding his 9-5, the similarities between his story and what I wanted to do could not have been the same. Who better to learn from than someone who not only walked the journey but still doing so.
I have two blocks of flats bought for R4,5m. The combined valuation is R6,9m. The number of tenants under management is 24 families/units. The number of beds under management is 37 beds. Revenue increased from R0 to R95 000 per month. I also have a new company formed in late 2021 and bought its property in 2022.
His knowledge is vast and he shares freely about his journey and experience with those he encounters. The types of property deals that he has concluded while he did not have money are stories of legends. I have learned so much from him, especially when it comes to seller finance. I have also learned to think on my feet when it comes to financing and structuring property transactions. Establishing the new company with my business partner was smooth sailing because of the knowledge that I have. It was through his teachings that I accelerated the business by buying blocks of flats.
I meet Taurai Jack at a Property Seminar. I sought to work with him because he taught us about Property Sourcing and also how to use Other People’s Money.
